Nordstrom selected Adjacency over a host of competitors, including IBM's Global Services Group, to deliver an electronic retailing platform that lives up to Nordstrom's international reputation for customer service. Launched in Fall 1998, the Nordstrom site included full electronic retailing capability, plus a broad range of innovative service features that replicate and go beyond the personalized service offered to Nordstrom's preferred retail customers.

My role on this project was art direction and design.
